We’ve all been there, you are teetering on the edge of making an exciting decision, taking a risk or a good ole leap of faith, then the mind chatter starts.
The questions of ‘what if’ kick in and you spiral into the worst case scenarios which consciously we know will never happen, but you can’t contend with the racing mind and beating heart in that moment.
You go from being quite a confident person (or at least a stable person!), to fully doubting yourself, your abilities and your life decisions up until this point!
Here are 3 powerful questions to ask yourself on the regular, but especially if you are facing a decision or leap of faith and you need a boost of confidence. 1. Ask yourself what would your most confident self THINK about this? 2. What would your most confident self FEEL? 3. What would your most confident self BELIEVE?
When you ask hypothetical questions, you’ll be surprised at the sound advice and wisdom that pours through you. You are tapping into your higher self and you get insights and answers way beyond what your mind could concoct in the moment. So the next time you need an extra dose of confidence and self belief, remember to ask yourself what 3 things would your most confident self think, feel and believe, and be guided by the intuitive thoughts and feelings that come to you.
After all, no one knows you better than yourself.
