As a small girl, Carol-Ann used to copy diagrams of the heart from her mother's old science textbooks — specifically the four chambers. She didn't know why. She was fascinated, and just knew it mattered.
 

Years later - trained in NLP, life coaching, timeline therapy, hypnotherapy, and heart healing — she began to notice something in every individual, or group session she ran. When people referred to where they felt their anxiety, or past hurts, majority would instinctively place their hands on their heart.

Not their heads. Their hearts. 
 

When she learned that the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart — that it contains its own 40,000-neuron nervous system, its own memory, its own intelligence — something clicked that had always been trying to.
 

Then during a meditation, a word arrived: Chamber Codes. Vivid. Complete. A heart divided into four. She journalled on it for a year. She tried to work it out with her mind. It wouldn't come. It was only when she finally stopped trying — sitting quietly, more embodied in her own healing work, pen in hand, channelling — that it arrived whole. Each chamber. Its meaning. Its purpose. Everything.
 

And then there was her nana. After losing her grandfather during COVID, Carol-Ann watched her grandmother — married for nearly 60 years — begin to fade. Exactly one year to the day of his passing, her Nana had a major heart attack requiring four stents. She knew in that moment it wasn’t a coincidence, her heart remembered. Her Nana who was full of love and life, passed away within a year.
 

Broken heart syndrome. It's real. Documented. And it changed everything about how Carol-Ann understood what the heart holds — and what becomes possible when we finally go in to heal it.
 

Chamber Codes was born from all of it. The science. The grief. The synchronicities. The decade of practice. The channelled knowing. It is the most alive work she has ever created.
