Warrior Women's Circle

The new moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and getting clarity on what is flowing well in your life, and what is ready to be released and renewed.

March 2022 has two new Moon's, this evening we will be basking in Aries energy which represents pure life force energy - a symbol of strength. We will be exploring the theme of spring like energy and new intentions, bringing a deep sense of renewal back into our lives and hearts as we gather in circle.

We will begin with a short meditation to welcome and ground into the energies of the circle. I will then lead a gentle stretch and yoga flow to release any tension and stagnant energy from the mind and body, followed by a journaling exercise on this month’s themes, and ending with a sharing circle.
