Warrior Women's Circle

The new moon is a powerful time for setting intentions and getting clarity on what is flowing well in your life, and what is ready to be released and renewed.

March 2022 has two new Moon's, this evening we will be basking in Aries energy which represents pure life force energy - a symbol of strength. We will be exploring the theme of spring like energy and new intentions, bringing a deep sense of renewal back into our lives and hearts as we gather in circle.

We will begin with a short meditation to welcome and ground into the energies of the circle. I will then lead a gentle stretch and yoga flow to release any tension and stagnant energy from the mind and body, followed by a journaling exercise on this month’s themes, and ending with a sharing circle. All warrior women will be encouraged to share, but only if this feels comfortable. Afterwards, I’ll share an energy relaxation exercise with aromatherapy oils .

The circle will last 1.5 hrs.

This is the first of it's kind Warrior Women's Circle in Macclesfield, it is a truly safe space to be your authentic self and meet like minded women, whether you are new to this space, have gathered in circle, or explored yoga before.

Women have been gathering in circle for thousands of years. When women gather in circle, magic happens. We are reminded that we are all part of the divine sisterhood and deeply connected with one another. We remember the strength of our divine feminine power.

Women’s circles have traditionally followed the cycles of the moon. Honouring this tradition, we are gathering in circle at the new moon and there will be a chance to relax and enjoy a herbal tea and a tasty vegan treat to close the evening.

This circle is an opportunity to:

Tune into your own feminine strength and intuition.

Reconnect to your body, stretch and create space for new empowering energy.

Engage in intention setting, ritual, and heart-felt sharing.

Create an energetic web of support, nourishment, and healing for yourself and women everywhere. (AKA.. Warrior Sisterhood!)
