Your retreat ticket includes your accommodation, all meals prepared by our private chef, workshops, ceremonies, healing sessions, activities (including painting), and all retreat materials.

The retreat welcomes all women - we explore all parts of ourselves, from the mind, to body to our spirit selves. Having an open mind is certainly recommended, and all beliefs are embraced and welcomed. Everything is guided, supportive, and accessible. Also you do not need to have any experience of Yoga, nor do you have to be able to touch your toes!

Most women come alone, and everyone is warmly welcomed. You’ll feel connected, supported, and part of the sisterhood from the moment you arrive.

A detailed packing list will be sent in advance of the retreat, but essentials include comfortable clothes, layers for outdoor ceremonies, a journal, and any personal comfort items.

Absolutely. This experience is about self-expression, not skill. It’s relaxed, playful, and completely pressure-free.

Yes - our private chef can accommodate most dietary needs. You’ll be asked to provide them ahead of time.

Transport isn't included, but you’ll receive clear directions and car-sharing options are often arranged within the group once bookings are confirmed.

Arrival and departure times will be shared in your welcome pack, but generally we begin late afternoon on the first day and finish late morning on the final day.

Absolutely. There are twin rooms available for those who are open to sharing, or coming with a friend, and there are double bedrooms available should you prefer your own bedroom space.

Most activities are gentle and adaptable, but please let us know in advance so we can ensure your safety and comfort.

Yes, with some adjustments. Please notify us so we can support you appropriately throughout the weekend.

Nope! Your retreat is yours. You’re encouraged to follow your energy and take space whenever you need it. Everything is an invitation, not instruction.

Yes. The majority of the retreat is alcohol-free to support deep healing, clarity, and full presence in the experience. The evening of the Higher Self party there will be no-secco and prosecco available for you to enjoy should you wish! You are invited to bring a tipple of your choice for that evening too (if your higher selves wishes!)

Should you need to cancel, your place can be offered to someone else - I will always do my up-most to support you in doing so, and I would open the space to my network too, to be able to ‘sell’ your place should it be needed.

Totally normal! Many women feel this way before attending. You’ll be fully supported and held every step of the way in a safe, nurturing environment.
