I met Carol-Ann at an event in Blackpool where she was a guest speaker and delivered the most beautiful guided meditation. Safe to say, I was instantly drawn to her energy (you could say I was hooked from that very moment!).

At the end of the event, we exchanged details, and a few days later we had a call. It just felt right to work with Carol-Ann, our energies synced, our beliefs aligned, and the vibe was a big fat YES.

I began a 1:1 coaching package with her and honestly, the support was next level. She helped me address deep-rooted fears and limiting beliefs, and we worked through them in a variety of powerful ways. She also fully supported me on my first retreat, which was a huge success (no doubt a reflection of the inner work we did together!).

What I loved is that the support went beyond our bi-weekly sessions. We kept in touch with voice notes, regular updates, and she shared so much wisdom and guidance along the way.

Carol-Ann’s positivity is infectious; you just know when you press play on a voice note you’re about to receive a BIG FAT smile in audio form! She was my biggest cheerleader, helped me believe in myself, and brought so much magic into my journey.
