You ARE Enough and You ARE Doing So Well

As we come towards the end of the year, take a moment to pause, breathe, and think about how far you have come.
You may have been through one of the toughest years, for some it’s brought blessings or you may still be in the midst of navigating your way through challenging times. But know this, you can and will come through this stronger than ever before, and who you are right now is enough.
The obstacles you’ve faced, endless changes and challenges you’ve overcome, disruption, uncertainty, fear of the unknown and isolation – these each go against your basic needs as a human.
Yet here you are.
You’re here, your light is still lit and you have your future ahead of you.
What if this year was meant to slow us all down and recognise what’s important? What if this year is evidence that when we choose to, we can embrace change? What if this year was the challenge we needed to make us truly appreciate what and who we have? What if this is the year that didn’t break you, it was the year that made you? You may not be able to see how right now, that’s not what is important. What’s important is that you choose to keep your faith alive and know that it is all is working out for you. You have the ability to shape your life into something that brings you joy, peace and happiness. As we approach January 2021 begin to set intentions of what you want more of in your life. Begin to focus your energy on how you want to feel, releasing all that you don’t. Magic begins to happen when you surrender to your circumstances, and know that you can move forward in the direction you choose. You aren’t a tree rooted down into one place, this year has evidenced that even though change is uncomfortable, it is possible. Sometimes it takes a little leap of faith, but know you always have love and support around you. I for one would love to support you further in 2021. There’s a number of ways we can work together to make next year the year of empowerment, confidence and positive change.
